Equipment Evaluations

Where a facility includes either Oncology and or Radiology equipment the equipment can form a significant proportion of the facilities value. Obtaining an accurate and reliable assessment of the equipments condition is vital if a realistic value is to be placed on the asset which is where SES can provide the client with the benefit of its experience.

Our services have been used where clients either wish to asses their assets or where due diligence is being carried out with a view to purchasing the assets within a facility.

Our activities are covered in three phases and include:

2. Site Visit

    • Condition of equipment (including photos of any damage)
    • Accuracy of the supplied service data (regularity of maintenance and downtime)
    • Condition of the installation (environment, cleanliness etc)
    • Accessories and ancillary plant.
    • Detailed review of the supplied information.
    • Detailed review of the supplied information.

3. Reporting

  • Collation of data and analysis of data
  • Review of available upgrades to equipment
  • Review of potential equipment developments.
  • Discussions with equipment vendors regarding costs of upgrades and future developments.
  • Preparation of report.
