Managed Equipment Services
We are able to provide a complete service to clients where by we take on the responsibility for the management of the complete equipment package over an agreed period of time. The benefits to the client are that we take care of all of the equipment procurement and servicing over the period of the contract including replacement and updating. Where multi-vendors are concerned as is often the case then our experience can save the client a lot of management time by bringing all of the activities under one comprehensive contract.
The service we provide includes:
- Analysis of the equipment requirements to cover the clients clinical needs.
- Procurement of the equipment.
- Commissioning of the equipment and handover to the client.
- Provision of training for the use of the equipment.
- Set up and management of an asset register for the equipment.
- Set up and management of a service program for the items on the register.
- Performance monitoring to ensure the equipment is functioning correctly.
- Replacement or repair any equipment that proves to be faulty.
- Update of equipment e.g. PC's and software at agreed points in the contract.
- Disposal of obsolete equipment in a safe and environmentally friendly manner in line with the WEE directive.
